Resident Tracks
At With One Heart, we are here to cater to the needs of each individual. After listening to each resident's hopes, dreams and background, we will work with them to help decide on the best track for their future. During the first month or so of their stay with us, they will have time to decide on their educational and career goals with the help of their case manager.

A. Transition Track (1-2 months)
As residents enter the house, they will work to establish their future goals while seeking employment and/or applying for school. Each resident and their mentors will attend a special formation program.
B. Work/Save Track (1-2 years)
Residents will undertake Full-time employment while focusing on personal development. They will participate in Community Service, Life Skills workshops, house dinners and a Personal Savings Plan.
C. Work/Study Track (2-4 years)
Residents will find Part-time employment (20 hrs per week) and full-time school/internship or GED preparation course with the goal of earning a Degree or certificate. They will participate in Community Service, Life Skills workshops, and house dinners.
